In my front-of-house role, I guide customers through Glass Roots’ memorial process with care and clarity—explaining design options, catalogue offerings, and custom possibilities while setting thoughtful expectations around what can be achieved. Many of the individuals we work with are navigating the loss of a loved one, human or pet. I approach each interaction with empathy, patience, and respect. It is a privilege to help translate their stories and memories into meaningful, heirloom crystal keepsakes that offer comfort and connection to their loved one.

Over four years at Glass Roots, I photographed and documented each custom memorial piece, creating a consistent visual archive and producing imagery for signed certificates accompanying every work. As our memorial collection expanded, I led the design and development of three volumes of Memorial Catalogues for our website—featuring original photography, detailed FAQs, colour options, and structured pricing guides. This work helped support the growth of our offerings while clearly communicating value to customers and reinforcing the quality of our pieces.
